December 2001

Brought her to the shop and started dismantling the exterior, and minor body work.

Cleaned all of the old calking and rust out of the gutters.

New chalking in the gutters. Roof is almost ready for paint.

The first layer of brown primer is a rust preventative. Then my dad goes over it with the gray. Considering he's been doing it for almost 40 years, I let him do all the spraying.

Ugly rust! Must fix. You can see it has been repaired before, notice the bondo at the top.

Minor dent where the bumper attaches to the body.

Must of had a window leak. The under door is clean, but the inner is going to need some work.

Just dirty.

Popped all the windows out. Usual rust from leaky windshields.

Things are moving along, but we still have a long ways to go.
